Lisa M. Winter

I am a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Colorado at Boulder.  I completed my thesis (click here) on X-ray surveys of ULXs and AGNs working at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center and the University of Maryland, College Park.  My research interests are in X-ray and multi-wavelength studies of black holes.

Through my Hubble Fellowship, I will be focusing on studies of outflows/winds from AGNs detected in the Swift BAT AGN survey.  This work will draw on observations from the X-ray, UV, and optical bands.
